Q. When
will you ship my order?
A. It is our policy to ship orders within
1-2 business days. We make
each gift basket as they
are ordered, so please allow
2 days processing time.
However, if you are trying
to beat a deadline (such
as a gift), let us know
in the "special
instructions" box provided during checkout, and we'll do everything in
our power to make it happen. Some items, such as gift collections, are built
when we receive an order, so it may be impossible to get them out the same
day. If it's important to you, it's important to us, so let us know what you
need. Your credit card will not be billed until the order ships.
Q. Who Pays for
Shipping?
A. The buyer, including returns, pays for all shipping
charges, and we do not add
handling charges nor do we
pad our shipping costs. We
typically ship via USPS Parcel Post
or Priority Mail. However,
you have the option to upgrade
to premium shipping if you
choose. This appears as an
option for you to check during
the checkout process, complete
with estimated costs.
Q. Do you offer
a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee?
A. Absolutely.
If you are dissatisfied for
any reason, we will gladly
exchange the item or refund
the full purchase price of
the product. Simply contact
us so that, together, we
can decide if the product
needs to come back and will
know how to process your
return when it arrives. Once
we have received your returned
item, any credits or replacements
will be processed. Also please
note that shipping costs
are non-refundable. However,
if you choose to EXCHANGE
your item, we will pay the
cost of shipping the exchanged
item back to you!
Q. Who do I call
if I have questions?
A. Your

to us! Feel free to contact

try to answer each and every
phone call but should you
encounter an answering machine,
please leave a message and
your call will be returned
as quickly as possible. You

Q. What are my
payment options?
A. We accept
MasterCard, Visa, Discover,
Diner's Club, and American
Express. Checks will be accepted.
Please note however, that
merchandise will not ship
until the check has cleared
your bank account. We also
will accept money orders.
COD is not an option. Old
Mill gift certificates can
also be applied toward the
balance.
Q. What are Old
Mill Gift Certificates?
A. Gift
Certificates are the perfect
option if you just don't
know a person's preferences.
They are available in denominations
of $10.00 and can be used
for online shopping; or for
a person living near us,
they can stop by our shop.
The certificate will be sent
to the recipient with a gift
card, packaged in our signature
packaging. This is an easy,
no-hassle way to shop that
pleases even the pickiest
shopper.

A. Your
information is not shared
with anyone else nor do we
sell any portion of our customer
database to third parties.
We ask for your email address
so that you will receive
a confirmation statement
of your order and notification
of when your order ships.
Your email address may be
used in the future to notify
you about new merchandise and/or
special promotions offered
by Old Mill Soaps and Sundries.
We never bombard our customers,
and you can always remove your
name from our list at any time.
